Our Story
Bhavani Industries was started in 1987. Mr. A J Hegde took charge of the company in 1995. He was joined by his son Mr. Chetan Hedge in 1997. The company manufactures precision machined components for automobiles, electronics, communication, aerospace, medical, and general engineering industries.

Expertise
CNC milling
We undertake CNC milling where a CNC machine working through computerized control and employing rotating cutting tools removes material from a work piece to create a custom-designed product or part.
CNC Turning
CNC turning centers or CNC lathes have computer-controlled, turret-mounted tools. The higher the number of tools held on the turret, the more complexities you can have on the part. We have many CNC turning centers in our factory.
CNC Sliding Head Automats
We manufacture precision parts and other mill-turn parts using CNC sliding head automats or swiss auto lathes. These jobs require close geometric alignments (maximum diameter of 42 mm).
CNC Grinding
We employ CNC grinding to manufacture ball bearings, camshafts, transmission shafts, and other pieces that need precision.
Vibrio and magnetic de-burring
We use vibrio and magnetic de-burring to remove small burrs parts that are too delicate and small to undergo other deburring jobs such as blind holes, internal cavities, threads, and cross holes.
