ELCIA Cluster is on a mission to provide a facility for tech entrepreneurs and innovators to design, develop, and test products for the market with the aid of world-class manufacturing, testing, and certification facilities.
Our Story
ELCIA Cluster is a special purpose vehicle set up by a group of ELCIA MSMEs, to create an industrial cluster with aid from the Ministry of MSME, Govt of India. A Common Facility Centre has been established with funds from the government and ELCIA members. The cluster has modern R&D, advanced testing, and certification facilities.

R&D Centre
ELCIA cluster has a well-equipped R&D centre available for use by registered members at a nominal cost.
Electronics Testing & Certification
We have several electronics testing machines such as mixed-signal oscilloscopes with differential probes, current probes, BGA rework stations, and more. We also provide certification services.
Calibration & Machining Centre
We have a well-equipped calibration & machining centre to calibrate motion systems, CNC machines, and more.
Training Centre
ELCIA Cluster offers training facilities for members and apprentices and has procured various machines and instruments the same.
