Syscon Instruments was started in the year 1976. The company specializes in developing test rigs for automobile component makers and other industries. The company believes in setting benchmarks in the measurement industry and has been driven by this credo in all the products and services it provides.

Assembly line automation and SPMs

We offer performance test benches, pressing & assembly machines, material handling pallet & conveyor systems, and spring testing machines.

We offer air leak tester machines and bubble test machines. Air leak testing is a specialized field, and the devices often demand customization. Bubble leak testing allows you to test the bubble point of the material without putting it in water.

We offer new generation sensors and indicators to measure displacement, loads, pressure, torque, laser/photo/ultrasonics/vision, vibration, speed, and event counts.

We can provide laminar and mass flow meters that quickly display highly accurate measurements across a wide range of flow rates. These meters have fast response, good linearity, high repeatability, and low hylerisis.

Leak testers

We have obtained leak testing technology from M/s Fukuda Company Limited, Japan, who are renowned for this work. We can provide air leak testing, bubble leak testing, hydrogen leak testing, and helium leak testing equipment.

Flow meters

A flow meter is used to calculate the linear, nonlinear, volumetric, or mass flow rate of a gas or a liquid. We have various types of flow meters for all types of requirements.

Assembly line automation

We provide assembly line automation design and development services. This service encompasses mechanical design (2D-3D Solidworks including structural analysis), transportation conveyors, palletization, PLCs’ programming to SCADA, hydraulics, and more.

Sensors and instruments

We provide various sensors and instruments with features such as full-bridge sensors, relay inputs/outputs, recorder output, serial communication, wide operating voltage, low-cost filters, compact size, and more.

Civil engineering

We provide civil engineering services such as testing soil parameters, pore pressure, soil consolidation, strain measurement/analysis, and more.
