TESCOM is engaged in electronic manufacturing services. The company undertakes PCB fabrication and manufacturing of medical electronics and industrial electronics. The company serves the automobile, medical electronics, instrumentation, lighting, and energy meters sector.

We can design, process, and fabricate all types of PCBs, aided by our experienced engineers and using the latest software and chip fabricating machinery.

We design and manufacture PCB enclosures for all types of PCBs. These boxes are made from ABS plastic or metal (aluminum) and have the highest quality rating when it comes to protecting your precious PCBs.

Designing microcontroller-based systems is a difficult task and require deep expertise. We have the systems and the processes that are necessary to design and manufacture such electronic accessories.

We design and manufacture the latest radio frequency identification systems according to the client’s requirements.

Component reliability

MSD(Moisture Sensitive Devices) maintained appropriately
IQC done as per data sheet
All electronic parts are retained in their original packing till assembly

Field failure analysis

Define and identify the problem
Prepare interim containment plan, implement and verify the interim actions if any
Determine, identify, and verify root causes and escape points for the failure using ‘5 Why’ analysis, fish bone diagram, etc
Select and verify permanent corrective actions for the problem/non-conformity identified
Implement and validate the corrective actions
Take preventive measures by horizontal implementation of the corrective action across all products

Assembled PCB burn-in

Reliability test for PCB Assembly solder Joints and PCB Assembly Functional requirements
Burn in testing in an Environmental Chamber which can go from -(Minus) temperature to +(Positive) temperatures

Global sourcing

Parts from authorized distributors and dealers only.
Electronic parts such as diode, etc are heat soaked at elevated temperatures to filter out infant mortality
PCBs are baked before assembly to remove the moisture content
All parts are inspected at incoming stage
All electronic parts are retained in their original packing till it is being assembled
All electronic components holding areas such as incoming, stores, production, inspection and Testing are fully protected for electrostatic discharge with ESD protection mats and proper earthing
All operators wear anti static aprons, ESD wrist bandsand ESD slippers
