ELCIA Skill Development Centre (ESDC) invites applications for the position of “Mobiliser” based out of Electronics City
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: PUC II Pass/12th and above
- Experience: Minimum knowledge of Skill Development activities
- Age: 20 to 30 Years
- Knowledge of Kannada and English is essential
- Salary: Industry Standard
- Reporting to Manager, ESDC
Projects to be handled:
- CMKKY
- NAPS – Apprenticeship
- STRIVE
- Member companies including MSME Training activities
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES for Mobiliser role:
- Coordinate with other Departments for the smooth operations of ESDC activities
- Closely work with Employment Exchange, Panchayat, Anganwadi’s, Schools, Colleges for mobilizing the candidates.
- Guide and motivate youths from 10th, 12th, ITI’s, Diploma’s & Degree’s stream to join short term courses and to pursue Apprenticeship
- Job Roll Confirmation
- Updating of Candidates details and batch pulling
- Confirmation of Batch starting date
- Portal Registration
- Collection of Candidates details
- Job role selection
- Updating of Daily attendance
- Follow up for Assessment – Exam
- Conduct – Awareness sessions in Schools and colleges, Panchayat office, Anganwadi Etc
- Conduct games, motivational activities for students
- Coordinate with DSDO for Inspection.
- Contact industries for OJT & Job opportunities
- Collect Offer letter & pay slips to update on Govt portal
- Coordinate with DSDO for First, second & third instalment amount
- Daily walk-in counselling & keep it candidates ready for next batch
- organize lunch tea/coffee for students on need basis
- Visit industries for Feedback – OJT/candidates students
- Visit industry for Feedback – Companies
- Visit Panchayat, Anganwadi, NGO’s for Candidates registration
- Candidates’ documentation collection & verification – for CMKKY Training / NAPS
- To do and engage in time-to-time activities assigned by department and management
