
ELCIA Hosts PM‑NAPS Awareness Workshop to Strengthen Apprenticeship Adoption
The Electronic City Industries Association (ELCIA), in collaboration with NSDC International Limited and the Government of Karnataka, successfully organised an Awareness Workshop on the Pradhan Mantri National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (PM‑NAPS) at the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Electronic City, Bengaluru.
The workshop aimed to help establishments gain a clear understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, implementation processes, and the benefits available under national apprenticeship schemes.

The PM‑NAPS workshop was designed to create awareness among industry representatives about structured apprenticeship engagement and its role in strengthening workforce development. The session brought together employers, HR leaders, training professionals, and industry stakeholders from across sectors.
