ELCIA Skill Development Centre (ESDC) is conducting a Workshop on 7 QC Tools designed to help shop-floor professionals strengthen quality control practices and adopt systematic problem-solving methods used across manufacturing and industrial operations.
Participants will gain practical insights into QC Circles, root cause analysis, and the seven essential quality control tools widely used to improve operational efficiency and product quality.
