Our Story
Konar Engineering Services started in the year 1997, is India’s largest manufacturer of precision deep-drawn components. The company can also manufacture multi-formed sheet metal components. The company operates a production facility with 33 transfer presses, five high-speed stamping presses, five multi-forming presses, and an in-house tool room.

Expertise
Sheet metal multiforming
We manufacture high-quality customizable (adjustable shelves) sheet metal cabinet enclosures with sliding fixtures and required finishing such as electroplating, powder coating, painting, and printing.
Tool designing
We have an in-house facility to design, process, and fabricate tools. We use AutoCAD, SolidWorks, 3D Quick Press, and other simulation tools to develop these tools.
Deep drawing
Deep drawing is used to transform sheet metal into blanks (irregular or geometrical 3-D formed shapes). We manufacture deep drawing components of various dimensions for different uses.
Precision components
We specialize in manufacturing precision components for automotive uses. We don’t compromise on the quality and safety of these components.
Sheet metal pressed parts
We can manufacture customized sheet metal pressed parts using laser cutting and precision fabrication technology in aluminum/mild steel/stainless steel/copper and other metals.
