ELCIA Skill Development Centre (ESDC) invites applications for the position of “Training Coordinator” based out of Electronics City
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Degree and above
- Experience: Minimum knowledge of Skill Development activities
- Age: 20 to 30 Years
- Knowledge of Kannada and English is essential
- Salary: Industry Standard
- Reporting to Manager, ESDC
Projects to be handled:
- CMKKY
- NAPS – Apprenticeship
- STRIVE
- Member companies including MSME Training activities
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES for Training Coordinator role: Counselling, Placement and overall Co-ordination:
- Coordinate to work with Inter Departments for the smooth operation of ESDC activities
- Candidates’ documentation collection & verification – for CMKKY Training / NAPS Apprenticeship
- Candidates’ portal registration activities with-in specific Time
- Counselling (Face to Face or over the Phone) the candidates with respect to CMKKY / Apprenticeship
- Contact Schools, Colleges for the candidates pooling
- Contact MSME companies for the candidates’ requirements
- · Database preparation & updating of ITI, Diploma, Degree, PUC colleges throughout Karnataka
- Database preparation of Companies HR
- Coordinate with Govt departments like – KSDC, DSDO, Apprenticeship Cell, SSC, ESSCI, CGSC, for Work Orders, Batch Allotments, Documents submission, inviting for DSDO Inspection, Exam assessment process
- Coordinate with Exam assessment team to conduct Exams
- Follow up for Students Final Certificate
- Follow up for First Tranche, Second Tranche & Third Tranche amount to receive from Govt Bodies
- Coordinate for candidates OJT Training with Industries
- Coordination for day-to-day meeting, customer visit, candidates visit, walk-in
- Coordination for Reimbursement Claim Submission
- Updating of Students Daily attendance in the Portal
- Time to Time documentation activities by using Excel, Word & Power point
- Coordinate with Govt departments to solve any technical issues
- Coordinate while collecting selected students “Offer Letter” from companies & to submit Govt Departments
- Coordinate for the STRIVE project activities
- Coordinate with Companies members to invite for the Training activities conduct by ELCIA ESDC
- Maintain Attendance & Feedback of Participants
- To do and engage in time-to-time activities assigned by department and management
