About ELCIA Trust: 

ELCIA Trust is a non-profit initiative of the Electronics City Industries Association (ELCIA), focused on supporting government schools and underserved communities through infrastructure development, health, and education programs in and around Electronics City. 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and committed Program Coordinator to oversee and drive various community development initiatives led by ELCIA Trust. This role involves end-to-end project execution, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and impact tracking for health, education, and infrastructure programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution 

  • Coordinate and manage infrastructure and development projects across government schools. 
  • Ensure timely implementation and monitor quality of execution. 
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders for project completion. 

2. Communication and Documentation 

  • Draft letters, proposals, and formal communication with government departments, partners, and school heads. 
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including budgets, reports, approvals, and follow-ups. 
  • Prepare presentations and updates for trustee meetings and donors. 

3. Stakeholder Coordination 

  • Serve as a key liaison between ELCIA Trust, school authorities, government bodies (like BEO), NGOs, and corporate partners. 
  • Facilitate approvals and permissions from concerned departments. 
  • Schedule and coordinate school-level activities like medical camps and infrastructure installations. 

4. Health and Education Initiatives 

  • Plan and execute health check-up camps, managing logistics and scheduling. 
  • Oversee education programs including setting up science labs, libraries, and computer labs. 
  • Maintain impact data and records of beneficiary students. 

5. Budgeting and Resource Management 

  • Prepare budgets and track utilization of funds from donors or internal allocations. 
  • Ensure financial accountability and adherence to budget plans. 

6. Trust Asset and Inventory Management 

  • Manage trust-owned vehicles and ensure compliance, servicing, and usage tracking. 
  • Maintain inventory of assets provided to schools such as furniture and IT equipment. 

7. Monitoring and Reporting 

  • Track school-wise support provided over the years. 
  • Monitor project milestones and submit regular reports to the Trust leadership. 
  • Follow up on all ongoing activities to ensure timely completion. 

8. Event and Program Coordination 

  • Organize school events such as Republic Day, Independence Day, and donor visits. 
  • Manage logistics, communication, and follow-ups related to events and CSR activities. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Graduate in any discipline with 2 to 5 years experience. 
  • Good communication skills in English and Kannada (spoken and written). 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. 

Desirable: 

  • Prior experience in project coordination, community development, or CSR implementation is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with working in government school environments or with NGOs preferred.
