ELCIA Skill Development Centre (ESDC) invites applications for the position of Mobiliser based out of Electronics City
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: B.com or Graduate
- Experience: Minimum knowledge of Skill Development activities
- Age: 20 to 30 Years
- Knowledge of Kannada and English is essential
- Salary: Industry Standard
- Reporting to Manager, ESDC
Projects to be handled:
- Skill Training ( Govt/ELCIA/Others)
- NAPS – Apprenticeship
- Training activities
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES for Mobiliser role:
- Mobilize, Counsel and motivate youths from 10th, 12th, ITI’s, Diploma’s & Degree’s stream to join short term courses and to pursue Apprenticeship
- Closely work with Employment Exchange, Panchayat, Anganwadi’s, Schools, Colleges for mobilizing the candidates and conduct Awareness session.
- Collection of Candidates details
- Contact industries for OJT, Internship & Job opportunities
- Updating of Daily attendance, Maintaining the Excel sheet and Data base of the students
- Portal Registration, Job role selection, Updates of the documents in the portal, Assessment follow-up and coordinate with respective sector council and member company for fixing assessment and follow up of the results.
- Collect Offer letter & pay slips to update on Govt portal
- Daily walk-in counselling & maintaining data base
- organize lunch tea/coffee for students on need basis
- Visit industries for Feedback of the students
- Conduct games, motivational activities for students
- Coordinate with other Departments for the smooth operations of ESDC activities
- To do and engage in time-to-time activities assigned by department and management
