With zero administrative overheads, every rupee donated goes directly to initiatives in education, nutrition, health, sustainability, and infrastructure. As the Trust enters its next phase of growth, we’re looking to deepen our impact by aligning closely with CSR goals of ELCIA’s member companies and scaling our proven initiatives.
Role Overview
We are seeking a purpose-driven CSR Executive to anchor the Trust’s social impact efforts. This is a strategic role involving project management, CSR program design, donor engagement, and impact communication. The ideal candidate thrives in cross-sector environments, has a knack for storytelling, and believes in building from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management
- Oversee the implementation of ongoing projects across schools, health camps, skill centres, and green initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, schools, and community partners
- Track deliverables, budgets, and timelines
Impact Documentation & Reporting
- Measure and report program outcomes through reports, photos, videos, and case studies
- Prepare quarterly and annual impact reports for donors and board reviews
- Maintain records for audit and compliance
CSR Partnerships & Fundraising
- Engage with member companies and CSR heads to identify synergy opportunities
- Co-create CSR-aligned programs tailored to company focus areas
- Write project proposals and grant documents to unlock new funding
- Host site visits and donor showcases
Strategic Ideation & Innovation
- Identify scalable, replicable interventions across key focus areas
- Research best practices from the sector and co-develop pilot programs
- Monitor government schemes and sector trends to stay relevant
Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
- 3–6 years of experience in CSR, development sector, or nonprofit project management
- Excellent communication skills—reporting, presentation, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to handle field visits, documentation, and multi-stakeholder coordination
- Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and data tracking tools
Preferred:
- Prior experience in school-based, healthcare, or rural community projects
- CSR compliance knowledge or exposure to donor reporting frameworks
- Kannada language proficiency is a must
